These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and transactions between Harvest Bakery Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order with Harvest Bakery Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 All invoices issued by Harvest Bakery Ltd must be paid in full within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Payment deadlines are strictly enforced.

2. Payment Methods and References

2.1 Payment may be made by cash on delivery or online bank transfer.
2.2 If you choose to pay by online bank transfer, you must include your Customer Account Number as the payment reference.
2.3 The Customer Account Number is shown on every invoice at the top left-hand side.
2.4 Failure to include the correct payment reference may result in delays in identifying or allocating your payment.

3. Late Payment and Suspension of Services

3.1 If payment is not received within the seven (7) day payment period, Harvest Bakery Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate further deliveries.
3.2 Deliveries will remain suspended until full payment of all outstanding invoices has been received.
3.3 This action may be taken without further notice.

4. Bank Account Details

4.1 All bank transfer payments must be made using the bank details shown on the customer’s previous payment statements. If you do not have access to these details, please contact our office directly to obtain the correct bank information.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring payments are made accurately and to the correct account.

5. Order Amendments

5.1 Any amendments to an order must be notified to Harvest Bakery Ltd at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
5.2 This notice period is required to allow sufficient preparation time.
5.3 Amendments requested after this deadline cannot be guaranteed and may be refused.
